Tuesday 6:45 - 7:15pm
20 minute "burnout" flow that combines mobilty, yoga, and strength training to target every important muscle group in your body. Perfect workout for when you are shourt on time and energy

Boot Camp
Saturday 9-10am
Semi-Private HIIT style workout class, incorporating functional movements into an incredible, high calorie-burning workout! Fun, enganging and effective method to lean out, tone up, and increase strength.

Mobility Yoga
Thursday 7-8pm
A gentle practice with emphasis on dynamic stretching, joint opening, core strength, and balance. This flow gradually builds a little heat to maximize mobility and relase tension. Perfect workout for those loooking to decrease muscle sorenss and improve flexibility
