The Performance Lab is always looking to hire physical therapists who excel at client relations and the treatment of direct access, active, orthopedic clients. We are a small, steadily growing PT owned and operated gym, which allows us to offer unique opportunities for career growth including leadership roles and profit sharing. Alternatively to basing metrics on the traditional “number of visits/week,” your success is decided on client outcomes. Once hired, you will be trained in the newest manual techniques and state-of-the-art recovery modalities to level up your PT game.
